Momentum Consulting provides the project management team for the Irish Egg Marketing Skillnet training project which is currently in progress until December 2009. We have facilitated and managed the daily running of the project since its commencement in March 2006, which involved organising and facilitating training, managing the budget and undertaking all administrative tasks associated with the ESF funded project which include: recordkeeping, updating management systems, mandatory reporting and liaison with the Funding Agency and ensuring that all project objectives have been met and achieved.
We have achieved and surpassed all training targets set for the project and wrote the successful funding applications for the project to the value of €500,000.

Provide Project Expertise to Source – developing rural creativity
As an example of our project management expertise, Momentum Consulting were responsible for the sectoral plan development of a creative industries programme in the Counties Sligo, Leitrim, North Roscommon, and Fermanagh leading to a €150,000 funding investment by a consortium of three cross border LEADER companies and a funding award under INTERREG Measure 1.4 application of over €770,000 and International Fund for Ireland funding of €80,000.
We organised over 400 training interventions and developed 3 creative industry workspace facilities generating 80 jobs as part of our contract.
