Feasibility study, business plan & funding applications for the establishment of the food hub in Drumshanbo, Co. Leitrim. This project involved the development of a 26,000 sq ft community enterprise centre as a world class food manufacturing facility consisting of 14 independent food business units, Ireland’s first shared use/time share manufacturing kitchen, a farm shop and training facilities. Momentum Consulting has secured public funding of €1.55 million for the project across 12 distinct funding applications.
We have also levered significant grant funding for the tenant companies of the Food Hub as companies start up or transfer operations to Co. Leitrim. |
