Rural Abattoirs – LEADER Interterritorial  Co-Operation Project

 

Momentum designed and delivered marketing and business development training to 42 abattoirs throughout Ireland.  We also developed a brand, marketing toolkit and marketing materials for the project.

 
 

 

Meath LEADER Partnership – Artisan Food Programme

 

As part of the Artisan Food Programme as delivered by Meath Partnership as part of the Labour Activation Programme,  Momentum trained 80 emerging food entrepreneurs in Co. Meath on topics of:
– Food business entrepreneurship including a FETAC level 5 award in Start your Own Business (25 participants.)
– Craft a Winning Marketing Strategy
– What’s happening in the marketplace – identifying food trends & opportunities
– Innovation  and Idea Generation & Business planning – the preparation of a business plan was part of the FETAC award.
 
 

 

Start Your Own Food Business – North Tipperary

 

Funded by Rural Food Skillnet, we delivered a Start your own Food business course to 14 potential food producers in North Tipperary with the aim of stimulating start up for the time-share production facility in this new food enterprise centre.
 
 

 

Food Stimulus Programme – The Food Hub

 

Momentum  designed and delivered a very successful food stimulus programme to support emerging and early days food businesses in The Food Hub, Co. Leitrim (a food centre of excellence with 14 independent food production units).
