Momentum Consulting demonstrates a thorough and respected understanding of the craft sector. We have been specifically involved in developing commercial solutions to bringing regional collaboration craft & design projects to the marketplace. We have been to the forefront in Irish regional access craft business developments since 2000 and in providing external project management expertise to the best practice models of regional craft retailing. We have been key developmental instigators and support providers to the following assignments:

In 1996, Orla Casey (employed with Leitrim County Enterprise Board) researched and wrote the strategic plan for the establishment of one of the leading craft, design and art clusters in Ireland – The Leitrim Design House. Orla developed the business model for the outlet and raised the finance to establish the project as a progressive business development and marketing organisation.
