SLMSC – Strengthening Local Meat Supply Chains

SLMSC aims to improve the quality of vocational training available to local abattoirs and meat processors by developing a dynamic training course based on the successful Master Meat Circle course developed under the LEADER Programme in Ireland. Small Meat Producers in Europe are struggling to survive. Our AIM is to build a dynamic online learning platform for them. SLMSC is an EU – funded transnational project to develop innovative e-learning training programmes for the meat sector.
