Arigna Mining Experience
Momentum completed a Feasibility Study for the Arigna Mining Experience assessing development options for a phase 2 initiative. The Arigna Mining Experience is one of Ireland’s most authentic visitor attractions. Winning numerous national awards, it has claimed its place as a nationally significant visitor attraction, uniquely combining the culture, heritage, natural resources and living history of Arigna with a highly valued and enriching visitor experience. Momentum completed a very detailed assessment of development options and guide to funding securement.
Culinary Tourism Hubs, Meath and Roscommon
In an inter-territorial cooperation project with Roscommon Leader Partnership and Meath Partnership, Momentum is working on a feasibility study to develop a network of culinary tourism hubs in counties Roscommon and Meath which will celebrate and showcase the very best of local food tourism.
Trinity Arts, Castlerea
Feasibility study, business plan & funding applications to progress Trinity Arts project, Castlerea, Co. Roscommon as an integrated community arts centre involving the renovation and development of the historic and listed building of Holy Trinity Church of Ireland.
DESIGN & LAUNCH OF PATRONAGE SCHEME – Momentum designed and launched a very successful patronage scheme as a major fundraising mechanism. Over €50,000 has been raised by private donations.
Momentum led a review of the management structure and operations of Sligo Marketing Forum and its refocusing as Sligo Tourism, the trade body responsible for marketing Sligo as a tourism destination. This also included a high degree of training.
